The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few (Matthew 9:37)

“Let anyone with ears listen!… [W]isdom is vindicated by her deeds.” This here is not wisdom.

“Let anyone with ears listen!... [W]isdom is vindicated by her deeds.” This here is not wisdom.

“From the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this ought not to be so.” (James 3:10)

“Let anyone with ears listen!… [W]isdom is vindicated by her deeds.” This here is not wisdom.

Listen to what they say, watch what they do

“Let anyone with ears listen!… [W]isdom is vindicated by her deeds.” (Matthew 11:15,19)

Therefore, if a man a few days earlier was spewing curses at others; insulting their names and despising their existence, and today that same man at the Values Voter Summit is claiming blessings before a certain kind of people, I can assure you, that man is a liar.

After all, right before your eyes dear brethren, stood a man who “[f]rom the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this ought not to be so.” (James 3:10) For a man who knows God, does not detest God, and to curse God’s human creation is to hate God.

We are all God’s children

Haven’t you heard that every human was “fearfully and wonderfully made.”? (Psalm 139:14) Aren’t you aware that “God created humankind in his image, in the image of God he created them”? (Genesis 1:27)

So, what then? Are we to have love for a group of people, while at the same time hate the other? Are we to love snow because we associate its whiteness with perfection and purity, and hate clay because we associate it with soil or with dust?

NEWS FLASH! Just in case that you missed it, here is what the Lord says concerning the fate of all people: ‘you are dust, and to dust you shall return.’ (Genesis 3:19)

There is no way around it, not one particle of God’s human creation is better than the other. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar. If a person is a liar, he is friends with the devil, who “is a liar and the father of lies.” (John 8:44)

Whatever you do never trust a liar

Now, think about that for a moment. Let it sink in. Can anything a liar says be trusted? Again, think about it. If the devil came before you and said this or that, would you believe him? NO!

Why can’t we believe the liar? We can’t believe the liar because we know that those who lie hate Christ. For Christ is ‘the truth, and the life.’ (John 14:6) Therefore, the liar is in full opposition to Christ Jesus, and the liar is in full alignment with that liar, the devil.

Do not associate, identify with or support liars

So, if you want to walk in the light, surely you must not hold hands with those who walk in darkness. Surely you do not want to hold hands with those who lie. The validity and integrity of those who headline lies must also be looked at. Compare what they are doing to what Jesus says we should do.

Think about this: If you want to demonstrate God, would you invite the devil to be a guest speaker? What about a representative of the devil? Would you headline liars and lies to show the truth?

There is no wisdom in that, and those who are for the Kingdom of God know it.

Do you want USA to be a Christian nation?

Also, think about this. Seriously; stop and think for a moment. If we are to call ourselves a Christian nation. If we are to fight and represent Godly values, we better pay attention to what we say and what we do. God is paying attention, and you know we can’t fool Him. So, consistency between messaging and action is a must. People are looking, especially non-believers. Imagine how many people out there may be left with the impression that one can be a Christian and hate people at the same time. Nothing could be further from the truth, and when it comes to salvation, the truth matters.

Here is a prophecy for USA to consider and act on

As I was thinking about this, the Lord took me to Isaiah 47: 1-15 and Isaiah 48:22, and as I read it, the image of the Statue of Liberty came to mind, and my eyes swelled up with tears, because I was immediately able to make connections with the imagery of the prophecy from Isaiah. I believe the Lord would want us to pay attention to this message from Isaiah, and we better act on it fast. I mean, yesterday fast.

So, all God-fearing people out there. Bishops, Apostles, Pastors, Church leaders out there: Stand up and push back when the liar the devil speaks concerning about the things of the Kingdom of God. Notice that I said concerning the Kingdom of God. Do not concern yourself with politics and political gain. Politics is satan’s (not capitalized purposely) playground. Stay out of politics.

However, when that liar the devil uses his angels or representatives to come out to speak on behalf of God, stand up and rebuke!

The 2017 Values Voter Summit was not about God

What took place at the 2017 Values Voter Summit the other day was a full display of lies against the Kingdom of God. It was politics. There was no representation of Jesus Christ on that gathering, yet they billed the entire event as a for God event. We cannot allow that as followers of Christ. We must rebuke this lie and others like it, and we must do it loudly.

“Let anyone with ears listen!… [W]isdom is vindicated by her deeds.” In the 2017 Values Voter Summit there was no wisdom present.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, in your mercy you have given us your Church so that we may be instructed in your Word and learn your ways. Your Church is unique; we do not function as the world, but are for the benefit of the world. We are to act, speak and think in a distinct way, so as to separate ourselves from the ways of the world in order to become a beacon of light to all people.

Grant Heavenly Father that your leaders may always seek to keep your Church pure by making a distinction between your Kingdom come, and between earthly kingdoms. Infuse in your Church such an immense love, that everything we do may show unbelievers that you love them.

Give courage to all Church leaders to stand up in defense of those who cannot speak for themselves, in defense of those who have less power, and in defense of your love for all people. Let love, mercifulness and compassion be the true mark that sets your Church leaders apart from all liars, so that your people and those who have not entered your flock yet, will be able to identify who to listen to and whose leadership to follow.

This we pray in Jesus Christ’s Holy and Precious Name. Amen.

Isaiah 47: 1-15, Isaiah 48:22

Come down and sit in the dust,

virgin daughter Babylon!

Sit on the ground without a throne,

daughter Chaldea!

For you shall no more be called

tender and delicate.

2 Take the millstones and grind meal,

remove your veil,

strip off your robe, uncover your legs,

pass through the rivers.

3 Your nakedness shall be uncovered,

and your shame shall be seen.

I will take vengeance,

and I will spare no one.

4 Our Redeemer—the Lord of hosts is his name—

is the Holy One of Israel.

5 Sit in silence, and go into darkness,

daughter Chaldea!

For you shall no more be called

the mistress of kingdoms.

6 I was angry with my people,

I profaned my heritage;

I gave them into your hand,

you showed them no mercy;

on the aged you made your yoke

exceedingly heavy.

7 You said, ‘I shall be mistress for ever’,

so that you did not lay these things to heart

or remember their end.

8 Now therefore hear this, you lover of pleasures,

who sit securely,

who say in your heart,

‘I am, and there is no one besides me;

I shall not sit as a widow

or know the loss of children’—

9 both these things shall come upon you

in a moment, in one day:

the loss of children and widowhood

shall come upon you in full measure,

in spite of your many sorceries

and the great power of your enchantments.

10 You felt secure in your wickedness;

you said, ‘No one sees me.’

Your wisdom and your knowledge

led you astray,

and you said in your heart,

‘I am, and there is no one besides me.’

11 But evil shall come upon you,

which you cannot charm away;

disaster shall fall upon you,

which you will not be able to ward off;

and ruin shall come on you suddenly,

of which you know nothing.

12 Stand fast in your enchantments

and your many sorceries,

with which you have laboured from your youth;

perhaps you may be able to succeed,

perhaps you may inspire terror.

13 You are wearied with your many consultations;

let those who study[a] the heavens

stand up and save you,

those who gaze at the stars

and at each new moon predict

what[b] shall befall you.

14 See, they are like stubble,

the fire consumes them;

they cannot deliver themselves

from the power of the flame.

No coal for warming oneself is this,

no fire to sit before!

15 Such to you are those with whom you have laboured,

who have trafficked with you from your youth;

they all wander about in their own paths;

there is no one to save you.

22 ‘There is no peace’, says the Lord, ‘for the wicked.’
